- Cisco Gold Partner
The Cisco Gold Certified Partner designation is Cisco's highest partner status, and
is only achieved after rigorous requirements have been met. Cisco Gold Partners must
demonstrate extremely high levels of service and have specialisations in at least three
major technologies. Cisilion's Gold Partner status guarantees the highest level of service
and support for our customers.
- VPN Security Specialisation
This specialisation is awarded to Cisco partners who can demonstrate in depth knowledge and
expertise in selling, designing, installing and supporting comprehensive security solutions.
Internet security is a core part of the Cisilion offering.
- Advanced Unified Communications Specialisation
The Cisco Advanced Unified Communications Specialisation recognises partners for their
knowledge and expertise in selling, designing, installing, and supporting comprehensive,
integrated network voice solutions.
- Advanced Wireless LAN Specialisation
The Advanced Wireless LAN specialisation recognises partners for their knowledge and
expertise in building and maintaining unified, secure wireless LAN solutions, allowing
customers to benefit from increased employee productivity and overcome obstacles to
traditional wired networks.
- Advanced Technology Partner IPCC Enterprise
This Advanced Technology Partner accreditation allows partners to provide intelligent call
routing, network to desktop Computer Telephony Integration and contact management solutions
to enterprise agents over an IP based network.
- Protego/CS MARS Security Program
Participation in this program allows Cisco partners to install and support the Cisco
Security Monitoring, Analysis and Response System (Cisco Security MARS). Cisilion
is Cisco's only UK accredited partner.
- Local Government Accreditation
This accreditation allows Cisco partners to address the needs of Local Government customers,
and demonstrates a proven track record in meeting the particular challenges of this sector.
Access to preferred pricing for Local Government projects mean cost savings for Cisilion's
Local Government customers.
- Further and Higher Education Accreditations
In order to receive this accreditation, Cisco partners must have experience of the particular
needs of the Education sector, and must demonstrate the highest levels of Customer service.
- Health Sector Accreditation
Similarly to the above Public Sector accreditations, the Health Sector accreditation is
achieved only after demonstrating high levels of Health Sector customer satisfaction.
