Happy Pride 2024!

June marks the start of Pride, a month that celebrates the LGBTQ+ community and promotes the self-affirmation, dignity, equality, and increased visibility of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer people as a social group. Pride month allows the opportunity to raise awareness and reflect not only on LGBTQ+ history but also celebrate the success in LGBTQ+ inclusion within the community.

Here at Cisilion, we are a proud LGBTQ+ supporting employer who values the diversity of our workforce. We continuously review our policies to ensure inclusivity and protect our workforce from both direct and indirect discrimination which is outlined in our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Policy.

Pride Month is about acceptance and celebrating the work of LGBTQ+ people. These celebrations take place in the form of an outdoor parade, where large crowds gather to march. For London Pride this year on 29 June 2024, our partner Cisco will have a float so keep an eye out if you are joining the celebrations!
