Who is your biggest inspiration and why?
Personally, one of my first line managers in retail when I started my career – he Is the benchmark for me personally for what a great leader was, and he continues to be my source of Inspiration In terms of how I model my own approach today. More broadly, Simon Sinek has given me great Inspiration over the years, making me look at Issues In a different way and enabling me to enhance my leadership skills.
What does going Beyond Expectations mean to you?
Providing Service and Value to such a standard that It Is unforgettable for our customers and used as the benchmark for ‘best In class’.
Why did you join Team Cisilion?
The company wants to grow and establish Itself further within the industry – to be part of that growth and maturity is very appealing to me. The company values also align to my own.
What are you most looking forward to about working at Cisilion?
Ideally being able to take the services teams to the next level – harnessing the obvious talent that sits within the teams and enabling them to reach new heights.
What are you most proud of about your career so far?
Enabling numerous direct reports to progress within their own careers – either functionally or hierarchically. The most reward / fulfilment I get Is from watching others succeed.
What are your long-term career aspirations?
To be honest I tend not to think too long term about my own career. My ethos Is to take opportunities with both hands as and when they arise.
What is a professional goal of yours?
Bring my professional skills to those who need them from a charitable perspective I.e. utilising the skills and knowledge I’ve obtained to help others get Into the Industry.
What is a personal goal of yours?
Complete the Spartan trifecta in Athens.
