Meet Our Leadership Team

Nicholas Paul
Chief Executive Officer

Nick Studied Management at the University of Nottingham. Upon graduation, he joined BMC Software and spent two years in a sales role before joining Cisilion in 2011. After joining Cisilion in a sales role Nick became Sales Director in 2013 and spent almost a decade leading the company’s sales strategy and expansion before taking on the CEO role in 2022.

Craige Winter-Nolan
Sales Director

After leaving school, Craige established a sales career within the digital print industry. Joining Cisilion in a Business Development role in 2013 marked his successful entry into the IT sector. After demonstrating success as an individual contributor, Craige became responsible for the company’s new-client acquisition strategy in 2016, notably building three sales teams and significantly enhancing market engagement as Head of New Business. In 2022, Craige was appointed to the board as Sales Director.

Craige combines passion and drive with a commitment to aligning Sales strategy with our technical, support, and operational teams. This alignment builds trust, enhances client experience and supports overall excellence across the board.

Rob Quickenden
Chief Technology Officer

Fanatical about innovative technology that positively impacts and transforms how our people and customers work with people, data, apps, and content. Being part of a company that puts people first, is built on trust and respect and encourages everyone to have a voice and be the best they can be is just one of the things that makes us great, It is the fuels that help us adapt and grow with our customers – especially in this new era of AI and digital innovation.

I lead an incredible team of technical experts, product specialists and consultants who strive to deliver above and beyond for our customers and internally across our teams. I love exploring new ideas, solving business challenges and bringing these solutions to life with creativity and innovation.

Hannah Taylor
Chief Marketing Officer

I am an energetic and passionate marketing leader who leads through positivity and vulnerability.

Culture is everything to me and what has kept me at Cisilion for the last 12 years. I get to bring my whole self to work every day and encourage my team to do the same. I have been lucky enough to build award-winning marketing teams with people who inspire, excite and challenge me while building great memories and friendships along the way.

I started at Cisilion as a graduate of university and now I am fortunate enough to be leading the business on the leadership team. My key focus now is giving others the same opportunity.

Laurance Young
Chief Financial Officer

Highly motivated, prize-winning Chartered Accountant with many years of business experience gained within the IT industry (mid-size & multinational) and practice. Proven track record of developing teams and driving performance.

One of my proudest moments, which is also a key success is creating a successful Cisilion Graduation scheme, which has produced and nurtured some amazing talent that have gone on to commence great careers at Cisilion. Also, a full 24/7 service centre, has enabled us to provide an improved, dedicated service to our clients, culminating in increased positive feedback.

With my 30 + years of experience, I bring a direction and focus to ensure best-of-breed services, whilst creating the right team to deliver, with an ethos and mentality of continual personal and client improvement.
